About Cam Event Video Downloader
A CamEvent recorder fits a site whose very name treats each broadcast as an event. camevent.com offers 100% free live cams from amateurs and exhibitionists, no registration required, and like any live event a show happens once, at a time chosen by the performer. Following a favorite and hoping to catch the next one is the usual workaround. Recording the show you are already watching is the more dependable option, and that is what this extension adds.
Once installed, it puts a Download button in the player of every public room on camevent.com; click it and pick a quality to begin. The toolbar popup confirms the room by name, lists its stream's quality levels, and offers Start and Stop with a timer that shows how much of the event you have captured. There is a right-click shortcut as well: Download Cam Event Stream. The recording follows the event to its end, or stops sooner when you press Stop in the popup or the X on the progress panel.
Your copy is an MP4 file, H.264 video plus AAC audio, assembled inside your browser on your own computer. Pick the quality from the levels the room is truly sending. The file is named after the room and saved in a CAMEVENT folder in Downloads, so each event you kept sits in one place, ready to watch again offline. Recordings never go to SERP, and the extension does not show ads or track you.

Following a performer helps you catch the next show, but it does not keep the one happening now. Recording saves this broadcast as an MP4, so it is not lost when the room goes offline.
Know Before You Buy

Private and spy sessions are not recordable.
