Will it work on both Windows and Mac?

Will there be a download progress indicator?

Yes, a progress bar is planned that will show download speed, completion percentage, and estimated time remaining while the MP4 file is being saved.

Short, practical feedback from people using Powtoon Downloader in real workflows.

Helped our team's Powtoon exports

Our marketing team creates dozens of Powtoon explainer videos every quarter. Exporting through Powtoon's native tools was slow and required everyone to have Pro accounts. This extension lets us grab MP4s directly during review sessions.

Useful for freelancers delivering Powtoon videos to clients

I freelance animated explainers and use Powtoon for quick projects. Being able to hand clients an MP4 without wrestling with export credits is a big help. Quality matches what I see in the browser.

Peace of mind for my classroom Powtoon library

I teach middle school science and create animated lessons in Powtoon. Downloaded all my videos before my school's subscription renewal was uncertain. Now I have permanent local copies.
