About Miro Downloader

Months of sprint plans, journey maps, and architecture diagrams live inside your Miro workspace. When team structures change or accounts get deactivated, that work can vanish overnight. Miro Downloader lets you pull out every board you can view, turning an ephemeral online space into a permanent local archive.

The workspace scanner lists all boards you have access to, so you can selectively batch-export exactly what matters. Timestamped output folders keep version snapshots separate, preventing overwrites and giving you a clear change log over time.

No board data ever leaves your active Miro session. Exports render locally in your browser, so your content stays private while you build a durable backup on your own machine.

Happy Users

Recent customer feedback

Short, practical feedback from people using Miro Downloader in real workflows.

Exported 90 boards before our tool migration

Our startup pivoted tools and we had 90+ Miro boards with product strategy work. The workspace scanner let me export everything as PDFs in one session. Timestamped folders kept it all organized.

Helpful for freelancers leaving projects

I freelance and lose board access when contracts end. Now I export every board I contribute to as SVG before wrapping up. Clean vector output that I can reference in future proposals.

High-res PNGs perfect for presentations

The PNG exports are sharp enough for client presentations. I use them in slide decks when stakeholders don't have Miro access. Saves me from taking manual screenshots of each section.
